Nicely built chairs. The wood feels sculpted and smooth. Cushion covers are washable (dry clean). The chairs are modern but not so stylized they don't fit our more informal decor.

Dye lots

Ordered this chair with the gray cushions then several months later ordered a second one. They didn’t match and when I inquired was given the following response: The reason they are different color is the dye that is used and right now they are sold out of them I do understand about wanting to match them but as with anything there are different dye lots.

I did not appreciate the unhelpful initial response but eventually got to an excellent customer service rep who helped determine the fulfillment of the original chair was not correct. They sent me the frame for the navy chair with the gray cushions. This is the second time I’ve had issues with fulfillment and quality control (previously on a light fixture). Won’t be shopping here again.
